Essocial Co partnered with Paparazzi Chophouse to concept, market, and produce a women’s networking event designed to drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and community connection.

From the start, Essocial led the full creative and operational strategy. We developed the event branding and marketing assets, including digital flyers and a promotional video used for paid advertising across Instagram and TikTok. Essocial also managed ticket sales from end to end—successfully selling over 150 tickets and driving strong turnout for the restaurant.

On the experiential side, we curated a multi-sensory evening that showcased Paparazzi Chophouse’s best sellers through passed appetizers and custom cocktails created specifically for the event. Our team designed a custom bar menu and branded napkins, coordinated vendors for a red carpet and photo-ready backdrop, and produced intentional moments for content capture and guest engagement.

To deepen the community impact, Essocial curated and coordinated a vendor shopping experience featuring women-owned, local businesses—creating additional touchpoints for connection, discovery, and support.

The result was a high-energy, thoughtfully executed event that elevated the restaurant’s brand, generated buzz, and created a memorable experience guests talked about long after the night ended.
